我自己也是这么实践的，听这个 YouTube 是1.75倍速的，平时听 podcast 一般都是 1.5倍，听中文的更快。刷剧也是 1.5倍。而且 Ali 介绍说，慢慢积累之后，可以进一步提高速度。不知道大家都是用几倍速的。
