"I'm sorry, Kerttu," Apu said, panting. "I didn't mean to land on your back. I was just trying to catch a fly and I missed."
Kerttu sighed and decided to forgive Apu. In fact, she found him to be quite amusing and invited him to join her on her journey through the forest. Apu happily accepted and the two of them set off together.
As they traveled, they met all sorts of interesting animals – a family of rabbits, a group of singing birds, and even a wise old owl. Apu made friends with all of them, and he and Kerttu had many exciting adventures.
Eventually, they came across a clearing where they saw a group of frogs playing and having a great time. Apu realized that he had never had so much fun before and decided to stay with his new friends. Kerttu, who had grown very fond of Apu, was sad to see him go, but she knew that it was important for him to be with his own kind.
Apu settled in with his new frog friends and had the time of his life. He even taught them some of his favorite games and they all had a blast. Kerttu visited often and the two remained the best of friends. And Apu knew that he had Kerttu to thank for introducing him to all of his new frens.
