Anyone who knows me is aware of how much I adore my dad. We are at the point in our lives where the tables have turned, though. Once upon a time, he was asking me not to drive downtown or to this place or that neighborhood by myself because it wasn't safe. Now, I do the same for him because he is vulnerable at his age. (Even though his pride won't always allow him to admit it)
