I have been writing an article on NFT recently, and I just can't help to notice the way Beeple's famously expensive work Everydays: The First 5000 Days was titled in such a similar way as the book of David Graeber, Debt: The First 5000 Years.
I haven't found any evidence so far to prove if he was actually referring to the book. But the whole NFT surge this year is such an irony to what Graeber was talking about in the book.
