Athletes and support personnel who submitted an application under the previous Ad-hoc rules and who may benefit from the newly adopted rules may submit a full application within three (3) months following the entry into force of the new rules.
In such cases, all applicable requirements shall remain in force, including, but not limited to, the obligation to pay the full application fee and to comply with all anti-doping requirements.
