This is a book pointing out some basic, however underappreciated principles in life. There are suggested actions following each principle, though I think you might want to skip some of them. In general, those suggestions are sound.
Don't mind the catchy title. Although there are some duplicates in the book, most of the "Truths" can be considered independent and useful. This book does contain great content.
I would highly recommend this book and the author's other works. His understanding on human behavior is terrific. Not an advertisement!
