1. Being busy does not mean you are productive. Being busy does not mean much, doing the right tasks that move you toward your goals is so much more important.
2. There is no badge of honour in victimhood or playing victim. Choose to be a victor, not a victim, no matter the situation.
3. The stories you tell yourself will make you or break you. You are warned.
4. There is value in the struggle. There are times in life struggle is exactly what you need. Without it you will miss valuable opportunities to learn and grow.
5. Stop judging everyone and everything, including yourself.
6. Don’t let short term satisfaction steal your long-term peace. It is not worth it. Save your money and build up an emergency fund. If you want something, save for it, you will appreciate it more and enjoy not having the debt hanging over you.
7. Speak your truth, BUT keep in mind that your truth might not be the truth. There is always confirmation bias.
8. People will always talk no matter how much you hate it and try to stop it.
9. Saying that someone is ugly or talking bad about them makes you even uglier.
10. No matter how shitty the situation seems, it will pass, and life will go on. Time kills everything
