2020 年度雨果奖公布了获奖名单：最佳长篇：Arkady Martine 的《A Memory Called Empire》；最佳中长篇小说：Amal El-Mohtar 和 Max Gladstone 的《This Is How You Lose the Time War》；最佳中短篇小说：N.K. Jemisin 的《Emergency Skin》；最佳短篇小说：美国作家黄士芬的《As the Last I May Know》：最佳系列小说：James S. A. Corey 的《太空无垠》系列；最佳相关作品：香港作家吴志丽的《2019 John W. Campbell Award Acceptance Speech》（她称 Campbell 是法西斯，该奖项之后更名为 Astounding Award for Best New Writer）；最佳科幻长篇：Neil Gaiman 原著 Douglas Mackinnon 导演的《好兆头》；最佳科幻短篇：《善地（The Good Place）》之《The Answer》。
