Really the only feasible thing it can be used at scale for would be deterrence in the form of time wasting and flooding information into area with information you want people to mix (government has done this for a long time without machine learning with mixing in disinfo and junk info with real disclosures to make it too hard to really determine what is valuable for people digging)
