Programmatic Tool Calling 来了，Anthropic 还真把这项技术融入到了模型里，增加了 code_execution 工具，直接返回可执行的代码，客户端执行后附上结果，通过这种方式一次性调用多个工具来提高效率，减少上下文浪费
