看了下 Elon Musk 关于限流的原推，为了解决系统压力大的问题，临时增加请求量限制，公示出来以便用户知晓。至少目前来看没啥好喷的，都说是临时了。这个解释的真假并不重要，态度上是合理的，以后要是变成常态了再喷不迟。 #twitter
