Сьогодні для мене честь – вручити Бучі, місту героїв, почесну відзнаку, що символізує силу цього міста й складний шлях, пройдений українцями.

A city yet unknown to the world at that time. A city that the world will never forget since then. We will not let them forget. Human decency will not let them forget.
