One woman asked me:
“Why are you so independent? You always do only what you want"
Then I replied:
“When I was little, I realized that when I do something, someone can be happy, but someone can’t. There will always be people who will not support this.
Then I decided that there should always be one person who would be happy with my action. And I knew for sure that this person was me.”
Whether other people are happy or unhappy is their problem.
I told this to my own children. I have tested this in practice all my life.
The most important task is to make yourself happy.
