— In summer of 2023, as we were preparing for World Championships, my back started hurting badly. I couldn't even do a roll. My leg hurt and I even fell down couple times. Then, with help, I was able to perform, but I didn't treat my back much and didn't get checked out, I didn't want to know what I had there.... Injections helped a little). After WCh I had MRI and it turned out that I had a compression fracture, many protrusions, spondylolisthesis... Sports doctors told me to just stretch my back.
