有dictator的programming language，最大的好處是只要dictator決定了一個API design應該長什麼樣，之後整個社區都會去follow那個設計風格設計類似的東西。API design其實沒有那麼大的好壞之分，但是如果沒有統一的設計就會像隔壁JS那樣令人非常痛苦……
